Party Policies and Procedures

* A reservation in the Rainbow Party Room includes an allotted time of 90 minutes for your private event. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your event to begin setting up. You may also stay an extra 15 minutes for clean up.

* A full deposit is required to reserve a date in the Rainbow Party Room.

* A Rainbow Party Room reservation provides you with a private space to hold your party. The arcade machines in the party room accept quarters. A change machine is available for guests.

* You are welcome to bring in decorations, games, food, drinks, entertainment such as magicians, clowns, face painters, etc. Picnic tables, rectangular tables, small round tables and chairs are provided for you.

* The Rainbow Party Room comfortably accommodates approximately 20-25 children and 20 adults. Parking is available in front of the store as well as along the side of the building.

* Any date changes must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. For cancellations, a full refund will be provided in the same method the payment was made if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.
